Model description

The oversize grain separator is designed for producing cost effective grader material with a reduced fine grain content. With the help of a single screening process defined final aggregate is created, separated 100% from all oversize materials. This flexible solution is enabled by the adjustable 3-finger comb cascades.

With a low wear, the throughput rate of the crusher remains constantly high. Like all RM machines, the oversize material separator is also highly mobile.. It can simply be transported mounted on top of the crusher, which saves the transportation costs. As a crusher-mounted unit, it is designed for economical functionality, as it pays for itself faster than a standalone screen.
