Types of Supplies and Delivery of Spare Parts:

  1. On Stock:

    Spare parts, available at once

  2. Urgent individual order:

    Delivery by TNT / DHL Express (by air) courier within 1-3 days upon placing the order, if the spare parts are available in the factory’s warehouse. Maximum weight up to 500 kg.

  3. Individual standard order:

    Delivery time 1-2 weeks upon placing the order, if the spare parts are available in the factory’s warehouse, TNT / DHL Economy courier (usually up to 300-400 kg) or another transporting company if the weight of the goods is over 300-400 kg.

  4. Regular (combined) order:

    Orders of several customers are combined together or are combined with the order from our warehouse. Delivery time depends on the availability of spare parts in the factory’s warehouse and on the number of orders from other customers at the given moment. Usually the delivery takes from 1-2 up to 3-5 weeks.
